All open claims are to be assumed and managed through to closure, including approximately 30 automobile liability claims, 40 open medical malpractice claims, and an anticipated 5 property claims. The vendor will utilize Origami Risk's Risk Management Information Software (RMIS) to maintain and document all claims activity.
