DESCRIPTION

The agency seeks a vendor to provide a turnkey automated voice dispatching solution compatible with its existing radio frequencies and Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) and mobile applications. The solution must interface seamlessly with the current CAD system and radio system, utilizing the Motorola MCC7500e to send alerts to responders over a trunked 800MHz radio and VHF paging system. In addition, the system must support activation of alerts via voice over radio, SMS text messages, station alerts, and mobile apps without requiring dispatcher intervention, leveraging an IP-based Eforce CAD interface.

The successful bidder will also be responsible for providing on-site training for communications dispatch, radio communications maintenance personnel, and IT network staff. The project includes all required hardware, materials, and installation of the primary emergency communication center’s alerting system. An optional interface with existing station alerting systems must be available. The solution is to be a remote-managed SaaS system, offering supervision and maintenance of the station alerting infrastructure. All questions from vendors must be submitted by May 1, 2026.
