DESCRIPTION

The vendor is expected to provide an automated vehicle location system for fleet tracking and management. The Application Service Provider (ASP) must capture, store, and archive all incoming raw vehicle data in real time, offering comprehensive reporting on both current and historical information. Real-time vehicle tracking is required, with the software displaying uniquely colored icons for each company; clicking these icons should reveal a pop-up window detailing date and time, vehicle ID, asset type, company, vehicle status, location address, GPS coordinates, CMA number, account information, serial number, timestamps, vehicle speed, heading, AVL equipment actions, material application rates, operator ID, ambient temperature, and road temperature.

Additionally, the solution must include an automated billing system operated online and accessible year-round, 24 hours a day. The system should calculate daily billable hours per sheet by totaling and rounding all billable times for the day to the nearest quarter hour.
