A governmental entity in New Mexico is seeking a vendor to provide an automated traffic enforcement system. The selected system must feature a software application capable of computing and analyzing key data points such as time, date, speed, number of vehicles, weather conditions, and other necessary information for automated citation generation and traffic analysis.
The system must automatically detect vehicles exceeding set speed thresholds, including specific limits for school, construction, or safety zones. It should generate reports in multiple file formats, including CSV, XLSX, and PDF. The solution must also provide clear, readable images of vehicle license plates that are visible to the naked eye, with digitization capabilities for archiving. These images must remain clear under various weather conditions and during both day and night.
Additional requirements include the ability to display target vehicle speeds digitally and ensure efficient, timely loading of captured images for processing. Vendors are advised that all project-related questions need to be submitted by November 10, 2025.
