A New Jersey county is seeking a vendor to provide an automated telephone notification system capable of delivering targeted messages to both landlines and cell phones belonging to individuals and businesses within the county.
The desired system must allow county officials to record their own messages and deliver automated calls to selected regions, municipalities, neighborhoods, or other specified areas. The platform should support scheduling pre-recorded calls, and offer the ability to add or remove phone numbers from the notification list. Additionally, the system must maintain a database of landline and cell numbers, and leave messages on answering machines or voicemail when calls are not answered.
Archiving and storage of old messages is also required to track historical notifications. This initiative aims to ensure efficient and flexible communication with targeted segments of the community during various events or emergencies.
