The government seeks a vendor to design and implement an automated programme data table generation and data analysis solution. The project involves developing a digital solution that can automatically generate State Sankalak reports by integrating multiple program datasets, as well as creating District HIV Epidemic Profiling (DEP) dashboards using output reports.
The vendor is expected to build advanced analytics and visualization tools for monitoring district-specific MAS progress and establish a secure data processing environment, such as a virtual machine, to handle large-scale analysis with deduplication capabilities including fuzzy matching techniques. Responsibilities include designing and implementing deduplication algorithms across interstate datasets, using advanced fuzzy logic for matching, assessing the completeness and consistency of datasets, and standardizing data formats. The solution should automate and manually facilitate deduplication, manage missing data through imputation or exclusion strategies, detect and investigate outliers using statistical and visualization methods, and implement comprehensive validation checks for data accuracy.
