SUMMARY

A public agency in California is seeking a SaaS-based automated organizational chart solution that will integrate with existing systems, offer advanced visualization, and scale to up to 2,000 employees.

DESCRIPTION

This RFP seeks a vendor to implement a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution that automates the creation and maintenance of organizational charts for a public agency in California. The platform should be dynamic, user-friendly, and capable of displaying multiple organizational views, supporting data elements such as underfills, vacancies, and employee photos, and incorporating robust visualization tools for enhanced clarity and interactivity. The solution must be SaaS-based, fully integrated (not custom-built), and require less than 80 cumulative hours for integration with existing systems.

The selected vendor will be responsible for providing a dedicated project manager, maintaining regular project meetings (biweekly and as required during critical phases), and submitting regular project status reports. The implementation includes configuring and optimizing the SaaS solution for integration with Tyler Munis and other systems, ensuring secure data synchronization, validating data integrity, and supporting automated data refresh at least quarterly.

Training and knowledge transfer for both end users and system administrators are required, along with the provision of comprehensive documentation and user guides. The solution must scale from a current environment of 442 positions across 12 locations to support up to 2,000 employees and 100 locations without major redesign.
