Texas is seeking a qualified vendor to provide an automated loading system equipped with advanced data acquisition, reporting, and network storage functionalities. The required system must deliver a real-time graphical display of stress–strain curves and support automated calculations of peak strength, modulus, and strain at failure. User-defined test templates should be included to accommodate specific testing parameters.
The solution must be capable of automatic report generation and seamless export of data to common formats such as CSV, XLSX, and PDF. Network-capable data storage and retrieval are essential for efficient data management. The system should enable fully automated test execution with minimal operator intervention, featuring automatic detection of failure, peak load, post-peak behavior, and support for unattended operation with automatic shutdown and data saving. Digital data acquisition for load, displacement, stress, strain, and time must be included to ensure comprehensive test data collection.
