The United States Air Force, 99th Contracting Squadron at Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada, is seeking capability statements from qualified firms for the provision of Automated Flight Scheduling Software. Interested parties are required to demonstrate their ability to deliver software that meets all specifications outlined in the detailed requirement description provided in the solicitation attachment. Responses should clearly establish technical compliance with the Air Force’s needs and must address all relevant requirements.
This opportunity is open to all capable companies, including small businesses, HUBZone, 8(a), and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned small businesses. Interested vendors must submit a concise capabilities package confirming their ability to meet the Air Force’s requirements. All prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database to be eligible for contract award.
The Air Force may use the responses received to determine whether the procurement will solicit open competition or be set aside for small businesses. The government will assess the information submitted to inform its acquisition strategy going forward.
