The State of Nevada is seeking a vendor to provide an automated flight scheduling software solution. The project includes one year of software licensing, IL5 cloud hosting, robust customer support, and necessary customizations to meet operational needs.
The proposed software must facilitate rule definition and management, handle disruption test cases, and provide syllabus flow support for all approved Training Plan syllabi. Core functions include automatic schedule building that ensures pilot flight and ground currency compliance, supports minimum readiness aircrew program requirements, and adheres to maximum duty day constraints.
Customization is required to accommodate MQ–9 seat positions and longer-duration missions, including missions with multiple crew swaps. Data development and gathering to meet operational scheduling needs are also part of the scope. This solicitation is set aside for total Small Business participation.
