DESCRIPTION

Vendors are sought to provide Automated Data Collection System (ADCS) solutions intended to improve both the accuracy and efficiency of roadway inventory activities along the State Highway System (SHS) as well as localized off-system roadways. Solutions should enable the collection of reliable and repeatable georeferenced datasets, capturing information pertaining to roadway location, physical characteristics, condition, and geometry.

Additionally, the system should support the collection and management of data regarding supplemental roadside infrastructure, including the location, type, condition, and frequency of such assets. This request is focused on enhancing data-driven management and decision-making for transportation infrastructure.
