DESCRIPTION


The issuing organization seeks a vendor to provide public relations and marketing services for the Australia and New Zealand markets. The selected vendor will be expected to create a responsible, accurate, and positive destination image while developing and implementing a robust social media strategy. Additional responsibilities include producing, storing, and fulfilling collateral and promotional materials; providing clippings and media monitoring services; managing social media activity through real-time community management; producing and managing social media assets such as photography and video; and delivering monthly and campaign-specific reporting, paid promotions, and related program support. The scope also includes travel trade relations, creative services, and crisis management support involving the identification and monitoring of domestic and international events that could affect campaign implementation or performance.
