Must perform audits in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards, GAO Government Auditing Standards, Federal Single Audit Act, OMB Circular A-133, and Connecticut State Single Audit Act
Must provide professional financial counseling and advisory services
Must provide an itemized billing based on an agreed upon fee schedule
Must maintain professional liability insurance of $10,000,000 per claim/annual aggregate
Must maintain commercial general liability insurance of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 general aggregate
