DESCRIPTION

A government authority in Louisville, Kentucky is seeking an independent auditor to conduct annual audits in accordance with Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS) and Government Auditing Standards. The scope includes auditing the financial statements of major lessees, performing additional cash audits of the Board's ticket offices, and conducting audits of the Board’s imprest cash funds.

The auditor will also be responsible for making surprise audits of parking receipts and assisting with the review and implementation of future accounting pronouncements. The contract period for these services will be for two years.
