DESCRIPTION
A government authority in Kentucky is seeking a qualified vendor to provide audit services for its portfolio of assisted housing and related programs. The selected auditor will be responsible for preparing and submitting one original unbound, one electronic, and ten bound copies of the audited financial statements, including the single audit report, to the executive director.
Audit firms must be prepared to respond to reasonable inquiries from successor auditors and allow successor auditors to review working papers related to matters of ongoing significance. Questions regarding the RFP must be submitted no later than April 30, 2026.
