DESCRIPTION


A government authority located in Santa Fe, New Mexico seeks a provider for comprehensive audit services. The selected vendor will be responsible for completing an engagement letter and providing a prepared by client (PBC) listing to the department within ten days of the audit entrance conference.

The audit must be submitted by the specified deadline and encompass an independent auditor's report, management’s discussion and analysis, financial statements and footnotes, supplemental schedules, schedule of expenditures of federal awards, audit findings, status of prior audit findings, and all documentation required by federal and state audit oversight entities. The project also emphasizes the clear communication of organizational goals, standards, and expectations, thereby enabling employees and the public to make informed decisions and participate in organizational priority setting. Open communication, sound judgment, and consistent execution of mandates—especially in regard to environmental awareness—are stressed throughout the engagement.
