DESCRIPTION

The government authority in Landisville, Pennsylvania seeks a qualified vendor to provide audit services that comply with the Single Audit Act and relevant Omni Circular requirements. The selected firm will conduct a Single Audit in accordance with established auditing standards, and will supply the district with a comprehensive checklist of required documents in advance of any onsite visits.

The audit scope will include detailed analysis of various income and expense accounts such as other income, sale of assets, and legal expenses. Firms must also complete internal control questionnaires and Single Audit checklists. All necessary schedules and opinions will be incorporated into the Single Audit Report, which should include an Annual Report on Revenues and Expenditures for all Special Revenue Funds. The final Single Audit Report must be submitted to the Federal Audit Clearinghouse along with all required advertisement and submission steps.
