The system must be an off-the-shelf product, already implemented by organizations of similar size, and capable of supporting a team of 35 auditors processing 20,000 to 30,000 audits annually while maintaining 20 years of historical data. The platform should include comprehensive warehousing and reporting functionalities.
Vendors must have a proven track record in successfully deploying audit tracking and scheduling solutions, specifically for workers’ compensation audits. The proposed solution should feature a user-friendly, browser-based interface that enables staff easy access to all data entry, browsing, editing, and export tasks. Additionally, the system is expected to minimize the support or maintenance demands placed on the State.
