The government authority in Washington, DC seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive audit and accreditation services. The vendor will conduct thorough assessments of each facility undergoing accreditation or re-accreditation, including panel hearings and technical assistance or monitoring visits when necessary. Responsibilities include reviewing and responding to plans of action for non-compliance standards within ten business days, tracking and reviewing annual facility reports, and ensuring compliance throughout the process.
Additionally, the scope of work requires translation into Spanish of all relevant documents and reports, such as audit reports and conference materials.
