A government authority in Tallahassee, Florida seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive audiology services to support students' hearing and communication needs. The selected provider will collaborate with administrators, instructional staff, student services, and related personnel to ensure that students receive appropriate auditory support.
Responsibilities include conducting hearing assessments for students referred by the district, observing students within educational settings, and evaluating the learning environment to identify auditory access challenges. The provider will analyze assessment results and make recommendations regarding hearing aids, assistive listening devices, or other necessary accommodations. Preparation of timely evaluation summaries and reports for school personnel and parents is also required.
All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted by March 23, 2026. The resulting contract is expected to span a period of three years.
