DESCRIPTION


A government authority in San Diego, California seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive audio video technical production support services for public meetings. The scope includes professional, broadcast-ready production services and turnkey solutions to ensure high quality results. The selected contractor will be responsible for creating and implementing a programming plan and determining equipment needs for each meeting.

The contractor is required to set up equipment onsite at least two hours prior to each meeting and perform thorough testing of the production system for functionality and error prevention. Additionally, the contractor will offer both onsite and remote video production technical assistance, Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm. For production emergencies, contractors must respond within one hour of receiving a service request, unless alternative arrangements are authorized.

All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted by April 27, 2026. The initial contract period is two years.
