Audio Video Recording and Debriefing System

A government authority in British Columbia is seeking a qualified vendor to deliver an integrated audio and video recording and debriefing system. The solution must provide high-quality video and audio output, featuring advanced hardware and a centralized software platform capable of filming, recording, live streaming, remote access, and secure broadcasting. The system should offer secure storage options with appropriate file labeling and robust controls for sharing and privacy.

The software platform must be user-friendly, enabling efficient management of learning sessions, participant assignments, and bulk participant uploads. Additional learning management functionalities are required, such as session creation, the assignment of participants, and storage of session notes. The system should facilitate both live observation and debriefing, allowing for manual camera control, preset video settings, annotations, tagging, and performance metric reporting. High-quality audio capture should be supported via ceiling-mounted and/or lavalier microphones.

Further, the solution must ensure data privacy through secure assignment of recordings to individual users, restricting access as appropriate. Cloud-based data storage, hosted on secure servers, is preferred. The vendor is also expected to provide effective tools for generating reports and exporting usage and performance data.
