DESCRIPTION

The selected vendor will provide comprehensive audio and video production services on an as-needed basis to support a range of events. Required services include live sound mixing and operation, projection, playback, and display support, as well as event setup, staging, and the installation and configuration of equipment.

The vendor will collaborate closely with college event leads and campus personnel to ensure seamless event execution. Responsibilities also include troubleshooting and making real-time technical adjustments during events, as well as efficient teardown and removal of all equipment post-event. The contract for these services will span one year.
