DESCRIPTION
The city is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive audio production services for outdoor events, including concerts, festivals, community gatherings, and other city-sponsored special occasions throughout the year. The selected contractor will deliver all necessary audio equipment as well as qualified personnel to handle setup, operation, and teardown to ensure high-quality sound production.
Required services include the provision of professional PA systems, speakers, subwoofers, mixing consoles, monitors for band members, wireless microphones (minimum of 6), wired microphones (minimum of 6), microphone stands, DI boxes, cabling, playback equipment, and any other essential audio components. Coordination with city staff, event organizers, performers, and designated representatives is expected to facilitate proper audio setup and support at each event.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for April 23, 2026. The resulting contract will be valid for one year, and all questions concerning the RFP must be submitted by May 1, 2026.
