DESCRIPTION

The city seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive audio production services for a range of outdoor events, including city-sponsored concerts, festivals, community gatherings, cultural celebrations, holiday events, and public ceremonies held throughout the year. Services must encompass the provision of professional PA systems, speakers, subwoofers, mixing consoles, monitors for band members, as well as a minimum of six wireless and six wired microphones, microphone stands, DI boxes, necessary cabling, playback equipment, and other required sound equipment.

The selected provider must employ qualified sound engineers and technical staff experienced in operating professional sound systems for live performances and community events. Backup equipment such as microphones, cables, and other vital audio components must also be supplied to ensure minimal disruption in case of equipment failure. The city will hold a mandatory pre-proposal meeting on April 23, 2026, and all questions regarding the RFP must be submitted by May 1, 2026.
