DESCRIPTION
The government authority located in Columbus, Ohio is seeking a vendor to provide professional audio description integration and support services. The selected provider will collaborate closely with Council and Media Services staff to obtain necessary agendas and communications prior to event broadcasts, ensuring accurate and timely audio descriptions.
The provider will be responsible for conducting a test signal 30 minutes before each event and performing a final system check 10 minutes before the event starts. All audio descriptions must be human reviewed to guarantee quality. Additionally, for on-demand audio description services, the provider is required to deliver completed services within two days of the request.
