DESCRIPTION
The government authority in Montgomery, Alabama seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive auctioneering management services for the sale of vehicles and miscellaneous assets. The vendor will conduct both live and off-site auctions, with all drivable vehicles available for viewing or bidding online. Similar assets may be grouped for bidding, though successful bidders may select individual items according to preference.
Services required include live internet bidding, display of miscellaneous lots online and on TV monitors, and provision of a public address system, seating, and all equipment necessary for the live auction. The vendor must supply all personnel needed, such as auctioneers, ring men, ramp and site coordinators, and provide a fully equipped service vehicle with a qualified mechanic for minor repairs during inspection and sale days.
Additional responsibilities include staffing at the gate during inspection and auction days, and overseeing all equipment leaving the lot. The contract period is for one year, and vendors must submit questions by March 10, 2026.
