DESCRIPTION

The organization is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive auction system that includes a secure hosting facility for online operations. The vendor will be responsible for all hosting costs and ensuring that cooperative members have full access to their accounts on the platform.

The auction system must be accessible from both Windows and Apple Mac operating systems and should not require installation of special software on users' computers. Essential features include clearly displayed bidding deadlines, the ability to set minimum opening bids and increments, user-friendly auction posting tools, a record of bids accessible by cooperative members, and options for duplicating and editing prior auction information to streamline new postings.

Additionally, the system must allow cooperative members to display their own terms and conditions for each asset and provide a quick link to these terms. The goal is to ensure efficiency, security, and full user control over the auction process.
