DESCRIPTION

The government authority in Wailuku, Hawaii is seeking a vendor to provide ATM concession services. The county will be responsible for paying the electricity required to operate the ATM machine. The selected concessionaire is not permitted to charge more than $2.00 per transaction to any ATM customer, regardless of whether the transaction occurs via domestic or international banking networks such as Cirrus, Plus, or Star.

ATM machines must clearly display the fee charged before the customer completes the transaction, and customers should have the ability to easily cancel any transaction after being notified of the applicable fee. The county also reserves the right to post signage on ATM machines, indicating the maximum allowable transaction fees, for customer convenience.
