Seeking a vendor to supply one year of Atlassian cloud licenses for Jira Premium, Atlassian Guard Standard, and Confluence Premium in British Columbia.

Proponent must be a Non-U.S. Entity.
Submit Proponent Identification and Confirmation of Corporate Status, including a Corporate Certificate or government-issued ID/driver's license.
Provide a signed declaration of principal place of business.
Submit a valid business registration certificate from a non-U.S. jurisdiction.
Provide Legal Company Name, Doing Business As (DBA), and a current company registration certificate.
State Years in Business, # of Employees, # of Locations, and Parent Company.
Detail Core Competencies, Quality Certification, Other Certifications, and Memberships or Associations.
Provide Head Office Location(s) and Support Facilities details.
List Principal Contacts and Senior Professionals (Sales, President/CEO, General Manager) with contact information.
Provide Authorized Representative(s) name, title, signature, and date.
List Top 3 Customers with contact information, location, and annual/total sales.
List Top 3 Competitors.
Disclose any events of significant impact to the organization, business structure, or financial position.
Provide 3 client references for comparable services delivered within the past 3 years (excluding ICBC).
Indicate past experience with ICBC, if any, including contact information, length of association, description of services, and start/end dates.
Disclose any legal or financial affiliation with other entities providing similar goods or services.
Provide audited financial statements for the last 3 fiscal years, including financial metrics, contingent liabilities, subsequent events, and current/pending litigation.
State if debt financing covenants are in place and provide details.
State if related to any other company currently working for ICBC and provide details.
Disclose any mergers & acquisitions in the last 3 years that significantly changed the business.
Have and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
Detail environmental practices and carbon footprint reduction efforts.
Comply with insurance requirements set out in the Sample Contract.
Be a member in good standing with WorkSafeBC and provide a Clearance Certificate.
Provide Canadian GST and BC PST registration numbers.
Clearly state any assumptions made in the Proposal and their implications.
Provide an account team structure diagram and organizational chart.
Complete the Account Team Summary table for each team member.
Provide a maximum 1-page bio for each account team member.
Provide information on personal information protection, including data storage server locations, third-party maintenance companies, employee data procedures, and an operational privacy plan for breaches.
Submit quotes electronically via Euna Procurement.
Quotes must remain open for acceptance for at least 60 Business Days.
Proponents must provide certifications, licenses, or other verifications as required.
Proponents must provide proof of legal capacity.
Proponents and subcontractors may be required to undergo a security risk assessment.
Proponents must use specified forms where provided.
Financial bid must be in Canadian dollars and itemize all applicable federal and provincial taxes.
Proponents must accept all terms and conditions of the RFQ.
Proponents must disclose litigation history.
Proponents must provide a copy of their contract template for ICBC's review.
