An athletics organization in West Virginia is seeking a qualified vendor to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan aimed at maximizing sales and engagement for its premium seating offerings. The selected vendor will work collaboratively to design, implement, and manage marketing and sales strategies with the goal of increasing seat sales, event attendance, and fan engagement within premium seating areas.
Responsibilities include the creation and execution of a robust marketing and communications plan for the launch and continued sale of premium seats, addressing communication strategies for existing ticket holders and managing the impact of changes in premium seating areas. The vendor will create campaigns to reengage current ticket holders, corporate sponsors, and attract new buyers, as well as recommend optimal ticket pricing, sales timelines, and promotional offers. Regular reporting on sales pipeline status, conversion rates, and key marketing metrics will be required, alongside proactive participation in coordination meetings to contribute insights on messaging, creative assets, and outreach schedules.
Premium seating includes assigned outdoor seats with access to a climate-controlled club featuring amenities such as buffet meals, cash bar, limited bar-style seating, flat screen TVs, and indoor restrooms. Each box is equipped with padded chair-back seats, overhead heaters, and an LED flat screen television broadcasting the in-game feed. The contract period for these services will be two years, with a deadline for all questions set for December 12, 2025.
