The selected vendor will provide comprehensive creative media production services for athletics, including video production, visual effects, and editing. These services will focus on the creation of an engaging stadium introduction video as well as additional videoboard content tailored for football and basketball teams. The scope encompasses creative development, full production, post-production, and the delivery of finalized video assets suitable for a variety of in-venue display systems and digital media platforms.
Key responsibilities include generating a detailed shot list outlining required visuals and sequences, managing all lighting, set pieces, and video production equipment, and capturing high-quality video content at a single set/location per sport. The vendor will also be responsible for professional post-production work such as editing, color correction, sound design, and final mastering. Deliverables may include short-form hype videos, player- or unit-based features, in-venue video elements for use during games or special events, as well as content adapted for social and digital media.
The contract will span two years. All questions regarding the RFP must be submitted by March 25, 2026.
