DESCRIPTION
This RFP seeks a vendor to provide athletic apparel and sponsorship services for a range of sports, including basketball, field hockey, women’s lacrosse, soccer, volleyball, baseball, softball, hockey, men’s lacrosse, track and field, tennis, golf, and cross country. The uniforms and apparel must incorporate moisture–wicking technology, contemporary designs, and durable construction suited to the demands of both outdoor and contact sports, ensuring optimal athletic performance and professional appearance standards across all teams.
In addition to supplying apparel, the selected vendor will benefit from a comprehensive sponsorship arrangement. This includes marketing opportunities such as logo placement on digital signage, recognition on athletics websites, social media promotion, game day announcements, and signage at athletic venues. The partnership also offers special event promotional opportunities designed to further strengthen the sponsor’s visibility within the athletic community.
