DESCRIPTION


The vendor is required to provide a comprehensive athletic and event ticketing system, including computerized ticketing services for athletic events, concerts, family shows, and special events that are produced, promoted, scheduled, or sponsored by the organization. The system must offer automated management of ticket inventory for a variety of events such as season and series, handle box office as well as internet and outlet sales, and support automated turnstile operations.

The solution should enable customers to complete transactions using multiple payment methods, including chip and contactless cards, tap-to-pay, and digital or mobile wallet platforms. The vendor must also provide 24/7 phone support with knowledgeable staff familiar with the specific software. Additionally, the platform must make it easy for ticket buyers to securely and efficiently transfer digital tickets. Necessary equipment, related services, and end-user training must be included to ensure seamless operation throughout the five-year contract period.

A mandatory pre-submission conference is scheduled for March 5, 2026, and all questions regarding this RFP must be submitted by March 16, 2026.
