The United States Coast Guard, under the Department of Homeland Security, intends to award a sole source purchase order for a four-day training facility rental in Clearwater, Florida. The facility will be used by USCG PSU 307 from February 19-22, 2026, and will include access to a 1300 yard range, a Close Quarters Battle (CQB) shoot house, a carbine range, and two on-site staff members. Lodging accommodations are also included as part of the scope of work for this training event.
This procurement is conducted under the authority allowing for sole source awards when only one responsible source is available, as provided by FAR Subpart 6.302-1. The procurement type will be a firm-fixed price contract. This announcement serves as notification regarding the intended sole source award, and it is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties with the capacity to meet these requirements may submit information demonstrating their ability to provide the required facility and services within five days of this announcement.
