DESCRIPTION


The university seeks a vendor to provide a comprehensive turnkey Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) asset tracking solution. This includes the supply of tags, equipment, software, installation, project management, staff training, and ongoing support and maintenance.

The proposed RFID software must integrate seamlessly with PeopleSoft and Workday ERP systems, hosting inventory data migrated from various legacy systems throughout the institution. Single sign-on compatibility with Oracle Access Management is required. Additional specifications include the ability of the RFID software to update records based on daily scan activity, provide a robust search feature, and export data to Excel spreadsheets for reporting and forms creation.

Vendors will be responsible for development activities, system integration testing, development of a complete data migration plan, and the creation and testing of appropriate migration programs. All questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted no later than March 18, 2026.
