Bernalillo County is seeking a qualified vendor to provide asset management software and related services focused on roadway infrastructure, pavement, and storm drain assets. The scope of work includes the selection and implementation of a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) capable of serving as a trusted system of record, integrated with GIS, for all relevant county-maintained assets.
The vendor will be responsible for working with software providers to establish both production and test environments for the selected CMMS solution. The system should support integration with SAP and GIS interfaces, and it must be capable of utilizing existing GIS data, field surveys, or as-built information, particularly for assets not visible or located on the surface. The vendor will also be required to conduct pavement condition and asset inventory surveys using vehicle-mounted 3D sensor systems, such as lasers, LiDAR, cameras, GPS, and other applicable technologies.
In addition, the vendor will facilitate requirements sessions with county public works, IT, and GIS staff to define detailed configuration requirements. The overall objective is to enhance the county’s asset management and work order system, ensuring comprehensive and accurate inventory and condition assessment of all roadway and infrastructure assets.
