Bernalillo County is seeking a vendor to provide asset management software along with the implementation of a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for managing roadway and infrastructure assets. The solution must support the inventory of roadway, traffic, pavement, and storm drain assets and aid the county in developing a proactive asset management program.
The selected vendor will be responsible for collaborating with software providers to establish both production and test environments for the new CMMS. Key requirements include the incorporation of existing GIS data for all relevant county assets, thorough testing of system configurations to ensure all features meet operational needs, and the provision of detailed technical documentation that covers configuration, workflow, and system integration specifications.
Additionally, the project involves conducting pavement condition and asset inventory surveys using a vehicle-mounted 3D sensor system, which could utilize lasers, LiDAR, cameras, GPS, and similar technologies. For subsurface or non-visible assets, the CMMS must integrate GIS data, field surveys, and as-built information to accurately store, locate, measure, and categorize assets and assess their condition. The software should feature dashboards and separate web interfaces for both internal users and the public, with context-dependent workflows and work order management tailored to the needs of different user groups and asset types.
