DESCRIPTION

The government authority in West Warwick, Rhode Island, is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive asset management and advanced management services for wind turbines. The selected contractor will be responsible for conducting one annual inspection per turbine, covering the entire wind turbine generator and all associated balance of plant equipment to document equipment conditions.

Additionally, the contractor must provide a yearly drone-based blade inspection report for each turbine on site to aid in preventive maintenance and ensure operational reliability. The contractor will also manage the virtual net metering program, which includes monitoring net metering credit production and overseeing the transfer of credits from the turbine host account to the town’s electrical accounts.

These services are designed to support the ongoing performance, regulatory compliance, and financial health of the town’s wind energy assets.
