DESCRIPTION
The government authority located in Alexandria, Virginia is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive asset management program support services, with significant reliance on the ServiceNow platform. The selected company will be responsible for generating and distributing quarterly Property Custodian reports to all applicable custodians and Property Accountability Officers following established reporting protocols.
Key responsibilities include coordinating and supporting inventory management related to asset movements and updates in the asset inventory database. The contractor will review and update the official Asset Management System in response to asset attestations, property custodian or customer requests, both through email and SMP tickets. All updates must maintain 100% accuracy and be completed within 48 hours of receipt.
The vendor will handle updates for all assets in the surplus–excess process and monitor, update, and resolve tickets and tasks throughout the surplus/retire asset activity process within the Asset Management System of Record. Prompt and accurate support for asset data integrity, reporting, and system updates is essential to fulfill the needs of this program.
