Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
The government authority in British Columbia seeks a vendor to provide asset management condition and risk assessment services. The scope includes developing a standardized, organization-wide framework to assess and score asset conditions across four core services.
The consultant will be responsible for creating a corporate-level risk and criticality framework that aligns with current practices and is applicable to all four core services. Specific deliverables include service-specific condition assessment matrices and field procedures, as well as risk and criticality models and implementation procedures tailored to each service.
The frameworks should define the process, structure, and methodology for consistent condition assessments across the agency, offering clear direction for implementation. Additionally, the consultant must establish a risk and criticality framework that systematically enables the agency to identify, assess, prioritize, and manage risks across all departments and services.
