The government authority in Los Angeles, California is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive asset management and reliability support services. The scope includes advising on and supporting preliminary investigations for the asset management program, sharing insights and best practices from other agencies, providing specialized technical evaluations, updating strategic and tactical asset management plans, and facilitating consensus-building and decision-making activities for program advancement.
Additionally, the selected vendor will deliver asset reliability services, including assessment of maintenance engineering, advancing reliability initiatives such as condition-based monitoring, reliability centered maintenance, failure modes and effects analysis, and analysis of repetitive equipment issues. The goal is to optimize maintenance activities and increase overall system reliability.
The vendor will also provide business-side support for asset reliability software such as IBM Maximo, dashboarding tools, and software configuration. Services include support for business process design and requirements gathering aimed at facilitating technical software and system improvements related to asset reliability and management. The contract will span one year.
