The government authority in Morristown, Vermont seeks a qualified vendor to provide asset inventories and develop Capital Improvement Plans (CIPs). The selected consultant will collaborate with municipal staff and department heads in both Morristown and Johnson to review and inventory municipal assets and infrastructure. This includes evaluating asset conditions and determining replacement costs.
Additionally, the consultant will assist each municipality in identifying and prioritizing capital projects through a public planning process, ultimately preparing separate CIPs for each town.
