DESCRIPTION


The state of Illinois is seeking a vendor to provide an assessments tool designed to enhance educational outcomes for students requiring significant support. The solution should offer high-fidelity assessments and facilitate individualized instruction across multiple educational domains, including literacy, mathematics, social-emotional and behavioral areas, as well as vocational and transition skills. The tool should also have the flexibility to accommodate additional domains as needed.

The proposed platform must feature an online data system capable of reporting on assessment and rubric data, goal completion, and teacher-entered statistics. It should offer comprehensive guidance for the development of individualized instructional plans tailored to each student's assessment results. The vendor must present a clear and cost-effective strategy for sustaining training and support in a manner that is meaningful for schools.

The system is expected to securely store data for up to 1,400 students and provide approximately 4,000 teachers with access to data and reporting functionalities, including the ability to share classes. The contract for this project will be for a one-year period.
