The government authority in Waterford, Michigan is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive assessment testing and evaluation services utilizing a 130-question adult assessment tool. This tool addresses a variety of areas including attitude, problem solving, reading ability, emotional stability, substance abuse, employment background, personal relationships, support systems, physical health, education, and criminal history.
In addition, the contract requires a 98-question adult substance abuse evaluation instrument. This tool evaluates the respondent's test-taking attitude and the appropriateness of responses, serving as a basis for interviews, psycho-social evaluations, or referrals.
The chosen system should include a web-based professional assessment software suite that enables users to enter information, access and edit assessment reports, conduct follow-up assessments, and print reports. The anticipated contract period is one year.
