Assessment Platform

The state of Georgia is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive K–12 assessment platform that supports all aspects of assessment development, administration, scoring, reporting, and instructional decision-making. The platform must offer a standards-aligned item bank, advanced item creation and management tools, and the flexibility to build both district-wide common assessments and customizable school-level assessments. Ensuring secure ownership and management of assessment content and data is a priority.

Key features of the desired platform include embedded accommodations, text-to-speech and translation supports, flexible assignment options, and the ability to import accommodations directly from student information systems. Integration capabilities with other software solutions that personalize learning and offer targeted student support are required. The system should allow for detailed performance analysis at the item, domain, and strand levels, as well as provide longitudinal views of student progress. Data export functionality for use in external visualization systems and the ability to create or filter custom reports by various student and assessment attributes are also necessary. Vendors are expected to provide responsive implementation, professional learning, and technical support services.
