The institution seeks a vendor to provide an assessment, planning, and accreditation software solution. The software must support degree programs, non-degree granting units, departments, offices, centers, institutes, and general education competency areas in collecting and maintaining assessment and planning information for institutional decision-making and accreditation purposes.

The solution should facilitate assessment activities, institutional effectiveness, strategic planning, compliance reporting, and self-study procedures appropriate to the size and complexity of the institution. It must be accessible to users with diverse abilities, featuring a logical organization of outcomes, measures, results, and evidence of improvement.

The platform must accommodate program-level, department- and division-level, and institutional-level assessment and planning, as well as assessment for general education. Cloud hosting is required for secure data storage and accessibility. The software should enable users to easily collect, store, and analyze assessment, planning, and accreditation data, with flexible and customizable reporting functionality, including ad hoc reports and visual dashboards tailored by user role. Administrators must be able to manage groups and user roles efficiently, and generate reports that reflect changes and assignments.
