Ontario is inviting proposals from qualified vendors to deliver a comprehensive Assessment Management Tool (AMT) solution. The goal is to modernize accreditation processes by replacing outdated manual procedures with an integrated, secure, and user-friendly digital platform.
The selected AMT will automate key workflows, centralize accreditation data, and fully support operations in both English and French, adhering to government security and accessibility standards. Essential features of the tool include real-time dashboards and reporting on application status, assessment progress, findings, corrective actions, resource usage, and upcoming re-accreditation events. The solution must also provide cycle planning to guide customers through activities necessary for maintaining accreditation.
Additional requirements include the ability to schedule activities, monitor ongoing compliance, capture and track scope modifications, and support surveillance assessments. The AMT should facilitate decision-making workflows, generate certificates, and automate notifications to all relevant stakeholders.
