The Minneapolis VA Health Care System intends to enter into a sole source, firm fixed price contract with ASCO Power Services, Inc. for maintenance services related to the ASCO Critical Power Management System and Automatic Transfer Switches. This agreement will cover a base year plus one option year, ensuring the ongoing reliability and performance of critical power infrastructure essential to healthcare operations.
This action is being undertaken under the authority of FAR 13.106–1, allowing for a sole source award due to the specialized nature of the required maintenance services. Interested parties who believe they have the necessary qualifications and authorization to fulfill these requirements may submit a capability statement for consideration. All submissions must demonstrate bona fide capabilities and include supporting documentation such as a SAM Unique Entity ID (UEI) and Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN).
Vendors must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be considered. The government reserves the right to make a determination regarding competition based on the responses received. Capability statements will be used for market research purposes. All electronic responses must be received by 12:00 PM Central Time on Friday, December 19, 2025.
