DESCRIPTION

The government authority in Washington, DC seeks a vendor to provide an Aruba networking system for the Student Residence Center (SRC) building. The selected contractor will conduct a comprehensive RF (Radio Frequency) wireless site survey covering all floors. The survey will result in a detailed report outlining wireless coverage areas, identifying areas with poor connectivity, and providing recommendations on configuration changes necessary to deliver a stable, high-performance wireless network.

Scope of work includes wireless controller and access point (AP) profile analysis, Aruba expert recommendations for remediation and optimization, and an active site survey report. This report should include access point placement recommendations, AP channel and power modifications, signal strength and channel density heat maps, as well as analysis of client health, round-trip time (RTT), and jitter. The project aims to optimize wireless connectivity throughout the SRC building.
